
Bill Montgomery
Bill is the President/CEO of River Radio Ministries, a media ministry headquartered in central Ohio with 15 radio stations in Ohio, a podcast network, YouTube Channel and chaplain ministry. Bill hosts his own podcast, Brewing Better Leaders, available on YouTube and all podcast platforms. He’s been married for 31 years to his wife Leah, has 4 children that are mostly grown and out of the house, and hangs out daily with his Norwegian Elkhound, Thor. He’s also on the board of Scioto Hills Christian Camp in Wheelersburg, OH and Protect the Faith. Other than his family and Jesus, his favorite thing in the world is coffee.

Ben Tietje
Ben Tietje is the co-founder and CEO of Earthley Wellness, a direct-to-consumer natural health company serving over 500,000 households annually. Before launching Earthley with his wife Kate, Earthley’s CMO and head of R&D, he spent a decade as an enterprise IT manager at Cardinal Health and four years as a store manager at CompUSA. Ben holds a degree in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University. He lives with his wife and six children on an 8-acre homestead in Pickerington, where they homeschool and pursue a simple, intentional life. In his free time, he enjoys reading about technology, history, business, and economics. Ben leads Earthley with the mission "to change the way the world sees healthcare."
