With over 20 years of business and leadership experience, Ray Belfrage founded Eagle Pursuit Strategies to equip business owners and leaders with the tools, systems, and insight to grow with purpose and integrity. Ray has a proven track record of increasing profitability, enhancing value-added processes, and streamlining operations for both large corporations and entrepreneurial ventures across diverse industries.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA with a focus in Executive Management, and advanced certifications as a Lean Expert and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Ray blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—delivering results that align with both business goals and core values.

Ray is an Eagle Scout from Troop 417 in Upper Arlington and has served as an Executive Board member for the Boy Scouts of America. He also enjoys contributing to his church's music team, playing a custom bass guitar he designed and built.

Ray and his wife reside on a 5-acre property in Delaware, where they strive to instill a love of the outdoors in their two children.
