He’s been married for 31 years to his wife Leah, has 4 children that are mostly grown and out of the house, and hangs out daily with his Norwegian Elkhound, Thor. Ben Tietje is the co-founder and CEO of Earthley Wellness, a direct-to-consumer natural health company serving over 500,000 households annually. Before launching Earthley with his wife Kate, Earthley’s CMO and head of R&D, he spent a decade as an enterprise IT manager at Cardinal Health and four years as a store manager at CompUSA. Ben holds a degree in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University. He lives with his wife and six children on an 8-acre homestead in Pickerington, where they homeschool and pursue a simple, intentional life.
