Our contracting process typically begins with a phone call with our Managing Principals. We will then invite you to complete assessments to gauge your capabilities. If the process continues, you will be invited to join our CXOs for a mastermind session with a client to determine how well you fit with our other consultants and the work that we perform. The final step is for you to enter into a Services Agreement with Fraxional.
Please note: Everyone working with Fraxional is an independent contractor and will be compensated accordingly. A 1099-NEC will be issued at the end of each calendar year.

The results from these assessments help Fraxional to match your unique strengths and personality traits with the needs of our clients.
